59% Of Indian Employees Are Unhappy At Work, Says Survey

A survey of 1,360 Indian staff working in several organisations throughout sectors and areas confirmed that 59% are sad at work.

The survey, which featured 774 males and 586 girls, was carried out by happyness.me — “a worldwide neighborhood of area consultants” providing insights in enchancing work cultures. It confirmed office happiness to be a mixture of workplace-specific elements and psychological elements.

Better autonomy and a way of belongingness at work contributed to larger happiness ranges. However, excessive stress and poor work-life stability contributed to decrease ranges of office happiness.
